Auxilium Hospitality recruits, prepares and integrates hospitality professionals from the Philippines for hotels and restaurants worldwide. It is the second division of Auxilium, the licensed company behind both divisions.
Started where hotels lose a season for want of a kitchen brigade.
Auxilium Care Asia began by responding to a need for healthcare workers in Germany. But we soon saw the same challenge in hospitality: great hotels were losing opportunities because they could not find enough people to keep their operations running. Hotels should not have to close an outlet, reduce services, or compromise the guest experience simply because the right people are not there.
At the same time, there are Filipinos with the skills, work ethic, and heart to thrive in international hospitality—people looking for better working conditions, stronger career opportunities, and a chance to build a better life.
