Everything our partners ask before the first season.
Straight answers about planning, language, experience, contracts and the season. If your question is not here, one contact answers within two working days.
Process and planning
How do we plan the timeline?
Backwards from your season or start date. The permit file is opened the week the contract is signed and language preparation runs in parallel, so the paperwork lands before your season, not during it. You receive a calendar with your first plan.
How many candidates do we interview per position?
Three to five, by video, all verified and interviewed practically in the Philippines against the profile we signed with you. You are never sent a database.
Can we staff a whole opening or season at once?
Yes. Mixed cohorts across departments, prepared together in Cebu and arriving on one date, are what we do most. Tell us the season and the departments.
Can we visit the centre in Cebu?
Yes, and many hoteliers do — for practical interviews, a session, or to meet the cohort. Your Auxilium contact will organise it.
Talent and language
How much of the language do the professionals arrive with?
The working level your property needs, with a certificate. Modern language learning focuses on greetings, orders, service phrases and the words of their own department, in the language of your country. They keep learning on the job, and the monthly check-ins track it.
What experience do you require?
Two years in the trade minimum. Work history is verified with the hotels and restaurants where it was earned.
What do you verify before a candidate reaches us?
Work history with previous employers, certificates at source, identity, a practical interview in the candidate’s own department, and a character assessment from the Cebu team.
What about intercultural preparation?
A course taught by people who have worked a season abroad: hierarchy and the brigade, split shifts, the season, punctuality, standards, directness, and the practical side of living there — built around the profile we sign with you.
Compliance and responsibility
Is Auxilium Hospitality licensed?
Auxilium is licensed by the Philippine government: Auxilium Care Asia Inc. holds Department of Migrant Workers licence DMW-040-LB-05292026-PL, and Auxilium Hospitality operates under it.
How are commercial terms handled?
As part of an individual proposal, discussed in the first conversation.
Which contracts are used?
Seasonal or year-round contracts under the hospitality agreement of your country. Position, salary, hours, holidays and the staff room stand in the written offer before anyone signs.
What happens if a professional leaves during probation?
We talk first — most early exits have a fixable cause. Where a placement does not work, the replacement arrangement is part of your agreement with us.
After arrival
Who meets the professional at the airport?
Our integration coordinator. Registration, bank account, insurance, SIM and the staff room are done together, and your head of department has the contact number before the first shift.
What does support during the season look like?
An onboarding week with your HoD, monthly check-ins with the professional and with you, and a named contact until the season ends — and the next one is planned.
What happens at the end of the season?
Planned early: a year-round contract, a return for the next season, or a move within your group. We measure who comes back.
