The language sessions were not many, but they were enough to understand the chef on the first evening. The rest I picked up on the pass.
Kitchen, service, bar, front office, housekeeping, spa and wellness professionals from the Philippines for hotels and restaurants — selected on skill, service, character and fit, prepared with modern language learning before the work starts, and supported after arrival.
Hotels and restaurants train people on their own standards. What they cannot do is find enough of them, in time, one who can take an order in the local language and knows what a split shift means. Both of those are solved in the Philippines, before anyone flies.

Six responsibilities we carry for every professional we place — and the reason they are still on your rota in season two.
Property, outlet, season calendar, standards, staff housing, the language level you actually need on the floor — a profile we both sign before we source anyone.
Work history verified with the hotels, practical interviews in the Philippines, and a shortlist built against your standards — never a database dump.
App modules plus live coach sessions in the language of your country, with a certificate, plus an intercultural course: hierarchy, split shifts, the season, punctuality, what the chef expects on day one.
Started the week the contract is signed, planned around your season. Medicals, apostilles and embassy appointments coordinated by our documents team.
Flight, arrival, registration, bank account, staff room. Our integration coordinator meets the flight and stays in touch throughout the onboarding.
Onboarding with your head of department, monthly check-ins, and a named contact for the whole season — so year-round contracts become the norm, not the exception.
Experienced professionals for hotels, resorts, restaurants and wellness — with the experience minimums your head of department would set.
Commis · Demi Chef · Chef de Partie · Sous Chef
Two years for Commis. Hotel and resort kitchens, à la carte and banquet volume.
Waiters · Chefs de Rang · Bartenders · Banquet staff
Service professionals with real floor experience — table service, bar, breakfast, banquet — and the guest reflex your standards require.
Receptionists · Guest relations · Night audit
Hotel and resort front desk experience, property management systems, and the language to welcome, check in and solve a problem politely.
Room attendants · Supervisors · Laundry
Experienced housekeeping teams and supervisors for hotels and resorts — standards, pace and reliability verified with previous employers.
Therapists · Spa reception · Attendants
Certified therapists and wellness staff for hotel spas and resorts, with treatment experience documented and verified.
Cohorts of 5 to 20 · one calendar
For openings, seasons and groups: a mixed cohort across departments, prepared together in Cebu and arriving on one date.
In that order. A CV proves the first; the interviews and the weeks of preparation prove the other three.
Professional background and competence — verified with the hotels and kitchens where it was earned, and tested in a practical interview.
Hospitality mindset and guest orientation. Does the offer come before the guest asks? We watch for it in every role-play.
Motivation, reliability and attitude — how someone handles correction, pressure and a fourteen-hour day in high season.
Compatibility with your property, your team and your working environment. The profile we sign together is the yardstick.
Property, departments, season, standards, housing. A profile we both sign — then sourcing in the Philippines starts the same week.
Work history verified, practical interviews in the Philippines, video interviews with your heads of department. Written offer, contract signed, permit file opened.
Modern language learning with a certificate, the intercultural course, and the practical side of leaving. Progress report per candidate.
Our coordinator at the airport, registration, staff room, first shift with your head of department. Monthly check-ins for the whole season.

The language sessions were not many, but they were enough to understand the chef on the first evening. The rest I picked up on the pass.

The intercultural class was the part I underestimated. Split shifts, and a season that simply ends — nobody had told me that before.

My offer stated the room, the hours and the salary before I signed anything. That is the only reason I signed.
Six commitments, in writing, for every professional and every property.
Auxilium Hospitality operates under the Department of Migrant Workers licence of Auxilium Care Asia Inc., DMW-040-LB-05292026-PL.
Position, salary, hours and holidays follow the hospitality agreement of your country — and stand in the written offer before anyone signs.
Staff room and its conditions are in the offer, not discovered on arrival. Most partner hotels provide one.
Verified work history, transparent information on both sides, legal compliance.
Modern language learning with certification, and hotel and culinary schools for sourcing.
One contact reads every file, runs permits and visas, meets every flight and stays for the season.

No. Auxilium Hospitality takes responsibility for the whole journey: your staffing brief, selection on skill, service, character and fit, modern language learning and intercultural preparation in Cebu, work permit and visa, relocation, and support after arrival. You receive a colleague who is ready for the first shift, not a file.
Backwards from your season or start date. The permit file is opened the week the contract is signed, and language preparation runs in parallel, so the paperwork lands before your season, not during it.
The working level your property needs, with a certificate. Modern language learning focuses on greetings, orders, service phrases and the words of their own department, in the language of your country. On the job they keep learning, and the monthly check-ins track it.
Kitchen brigade from Commis to Sous Chef, restaurant and banquet service, bar, front office, housekeeping, spa and wellness. Minimum two years in the trade.
