Our process

One office, from your first brief to the seasons that follow.

From your first brief to a team that comes back: what we take responsibility for at every stage, and what you can hold us to.

Our process

Six things an employer can hold us to.

They are the reason a placement is still working years later.

01

One Partner

Documentation and relocation

One contract, one contact person, one office responsible for selection, preparation, documentation, relocation and the first year.

02

Carefully Selected

Skills meet character

Verified qualifications and licences, structured interviews and a shortlist built against your profile. We look for the person a team will keep.

03

Prepared for the World

Ready before arrival

Modern language learning, profession-specific modules and an intercultural briefing on how your environment really works.

04

Compliant & Transparent

Recruitment you can trust

Licensed by the Philippine government, ethical recruitment. Written offers before signatures, and every step documented for you.

05

Human Support

People, not placements

A named Auxilium contact for the professional and for you — at the airport and at the first shift.

06

Built for Retention

Long-term success

Onboarding, retention reviews and a career path. We measure ourselves on who is still there years after arrival, not on who arrived.

Understand

A profile we both sign before anyone is sourced.

Property and outlets, the season calendar, service standards, the rota model, staff housing and its conditions, the language level you actually need on the floor. One call and one document — and it prevents most of the mismatches seasonal recruitment is known for.

Select

Your head of department interviews a shortlist, not a database.

Our selection lead and the Cebu team verify the work history with the hotels where it was earned, run a practical interview in the candidate’s own department and assess character. You meet three to five candidates per position by video. The written offer — position, salary under the agreement, hours, holidays, room — is read and signed before preparation starts.

Phase 1
Brief, profile, sourcingProfile signed. Sourcing and verification start in the Philippines the same week.
Phase 2
Shortlist and interviewsPractical interviews in the Philippines, video interviews with your HoDs. Written offer, contract signed, permit file opened.
Phase 3
Modern language learning and the intercultural courseProgress report per candidate. Our documents team runs the permit and visa file in parallel.
Phase 4
Embassy, visa, flightThe part nobody can speed up — started early so it lands before your season, not during it.
Phase 5
Arrival and first shiftOur coordinator at the airport. Onboarding with your HoD. Named support for the whole season.
A realistic plan

Planned backwards from your season.

Most of the calendar is embassy and work-permit time, not preparation. That is why the permit file is opened the week the contract is signed — and why a peak-season team is briefed months ahead, not weeks.

Steps 4 and 5 — Coordinate and relocate

One office runs the paperwork. One person meets the flight.

  • Work permit under the rules of your country, prepared with your HR and the authority
  • Visa, medicals, apostilles and embassy appointments run from Cebu with your season in mind
  • Flight, arrival, registration, bank account, insurance and the staff room — with our integration coordinator
  • Your head of department has a named contact before the first shift

Steps 6 and 7 — Integrate and grow

Four roles, one season.

Selection Lead

Reads every file, runs the practical interviews in the Philippines and tells you honestly when a profile does not fit — instead of sending it anyway.

Coaches

Live sessions and role-plays in the modern language learning tool: service language, hotel situations, the intercultural course and the marks that make up your progress report.

Documentation Team

Work permit, visa, medicals, apostilles. Opens the file the week the contract is signed and reports the status to you monthly.

Integration Coordinator

Meets the flight, sorts the first week, runs onboarding with your head of department and the monthly check-ins until the season ends — and plans the next one.
